We will have a pre party and a post party in the lounge beginning at 2PM. Doors to the banquet hall will open at 3PM. Bingo play starts at 4PM. The planning committee is looking for a few things and you can help!
The Purse Bingo committee is looking for some volunteers to help with planning, set up, and donations. You don’t have to volunteer for all of it, pick what you would like to do. We would love for you to share your time and talents with us! This is not a huge investment in time, but we would love some help with collecting donations, ideas, and set-up and/or volunteering during the event on October 1st! Contact Tracy Kennedy if you are interested.
Golf League
The Elks golf league has begun again! It is at Hillcrest golf course and runs every Tuesday from 4:30-5:15. There are tee times reserved for the elks during those times. It is important that we have golfers show up to use those tee times or soon the course will let other golfers on the course during those times. It always is a good time and we would lie to see you on the tee!
Save the chairs!!!!
Our banquet hall chairs are starting to look ragged. They need replaced and you can help! Please consider buying Ohio Elks Association raffle tickets at the bar. They cost $10 for three tickets. You fill out the tickets and leave them in the secretary’s box at the bar. The $5 the lodge gets to keep will go towards replacing the chairs. This is also open to the public. There will be up to twenty $500 winners drawn at the OEA convention in August. You could be a winner. You can also order raffle tickets online HERE and they will be filled out for you. Save the chairs!!
Join the Thursday Night club!
We have many numbers available for you or your spouse. Yes, your spouse! It has been decided that you may purchase numbers for your spouse so they can also participate in the Thursday night club drawings and the Prime rib dinner/reverse raffle on election night. 51 chances a year to win $100, a free dinner, and an opportunity to win big money- all this for just $1 a week!
